WAREHOUSE REVIVAL

This existing industrial plot served as a storage and garage center for sports and vintage automobiles. In its new repurposing, the site is to serve as a warehouse for both industrial usage on one level and personal self-storage at ground-floor level.
A new visual identity was created for the interior spaces and the building’s facades, reflecting colors that fit the developer’s parent company branding.
The outdoor spaces are redesigned to optimize service circulation of large vehicles, with hardscape and landscape treatment transmitting the site’s sports automotive legacy.
