Villa MB is a residential project that embodies the principles of neo-vernacular architecture, blending traditional design elements with modern functionality. The design joins adjacent cubic volumes that creates an aesthetic of comfort and local identity, which is emphasized by architecture’s use of locally sourced materials.

The project emphasizes indoor-outdoor synergy through well-placed courtyards, shaded verandas and gardens that reinforce serenity. A network of pedestrian paths and interconnected spaces enhances accessibility, encouraging communal interaction and a sense of belonging.

Flexibility is a key feature of Villa MB, which is achieved through adaptable layouts and different floor typologies that cater to different lifestyles, but also with the villa’s composition of clustered volumes that allow for congruent expansion over time.
